Both models that been introduced by the Government for SMI and LSI has the constraints in terms of expertise, strategies and structure.
Needs to outsource the expertise in order to design, develop also deliver the plans that been outlined for the organization’s successful.
Having an expertise in the organization, help in reducing the cost of training and development within the organization.
