R R EQUIRED EQUIRED Job Title: Assistant HR Manager Job Summary: The Asst.HR Manager is responsible for the development, organization, management, and monitoring of resources related to the Association. Develops and implements policies and procedures regarding recruitment and orientation. Included in these responsibilities are the related administrative and secretarial duties. Responsibilities & Duties Employee orientation, development, and training logistics and recordkeeping; Submits the online investigation requests and assists with new employee background checks. Reconciles the benefits statements. Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records Assists with processing of terminations. Assists with the preparation of the performance review forms. Assists HR Director with various research projects and/or special projects. Assists with recruitment and interview process. Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by HR Manager. Schedules conferences by reserving facilities at local hotels and/or restaurants Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office Academic & trades qualifications A Bachelor Degree is required/BBA (specialized in HR) Skills and Abilities Reporting Skills, Maintaining Employee Files, Scheduling, Confidentiality, Independence, and Microsoft Office Skills. Human Resources Assistants must also have good verbal and written communications skills, listening skills, problem solving, mediations, and negotiation skills. Good research and computer skills are also necessary. 1
