• Wellesley continues to do very well overall

• There continue to be gaps in the participation rates and performance outcomes on these assessments for Black/African American and Hispanic students

Next Steps
• Examine our academic and SEL efforts aimed at closing the gap in performance outcomes of Black/African American and Hispanic students
• Strengthen our Cultural Proficiency work for teachers & administrators
• Continue to focus on hiring practices to diversify our staff
