Mix and Match Terminology

You will be given a list of definitions along with a word bank.

Have a quick look at this handout as these words will help you to understand the film.

Don’t complete the matching now. If you don’t understand a word, you can

stop the film to find the matching definition.

Volunteer

• One student will sit at the desk and pause the film when requested by another student in the class.

• Is there a volunteer?

• Sticky notes will be provided in case questions need to be “parked” and addressed at a later time.

View “The Market”

• Prior to viewing the film, create a T chart to take notes on both sides of the issue (Pro and Con)

• A student will volunteer to sit at the front and pause the film when directed by other students.
