InnovationHotel Services, Inc. was one of the first companies in thecountry to offer armoire conversions to accept flat screenTVs. Our process for conversion is streamlined so roomscan be returned to housekeeping the same day. We canalso create custom furniture items such as valet stationsin each room. We use granite manufactured here in theU.S. for optimum turn-around time on your project.

Construction ManagementSometimes hotel owners simply need an oversightteam to make certain that their contractor is stayingon schedule and on the established budget. We can dothis through site visits and punch lists that insure everyitem will be completed. Renovation ProjectsHotel Services, Inc. holds licenses in several states.Here are just some of the projects weve completed:

CaliforniaEmbassy SuitesRenovation of guestrooms, outside corridors, public

space including restaurant, bar, lobby and restrooms.Demolition of existing walkway and built new 50 exteriorADA compliant bridge.

Embassy SuitesComplete interior renovation of 6 buildings. All suitesconverted to textured walls using 14 colors of paint andtexture in each. All corridors, public spaces, restaurant,lobby, back of the house and gift shop were completelyrenovated.

FloridaHilton HotelComplete exterior and interior renovation of this 300+ roomhotel. Dramatic changes on the exterior and completedemolition of the entire first floor. New hospitality suites,1400 sq ft fitness center and spa, new business center,boardroom, gift shop, new restaurant, lobby and publicspace, and rental car area, guest room corridors, loungeand concierge area.

Holiday InnDamaged by 2 hurricanes, this 503-room hotel wascompletely closed. Within 90 days half the hotel was openfor guests. The remainder was open in another 45 days.This included interior, exterior, roofing, mold mildewremediation, and landscaping.

Holiday Inn SelectMajor renovation of guest rooms, corridors, publicrestrooms and replacement of guest room entry doors.

DoubleTreeMajor guest bath renovation. Corridor renovation includedreplacement of most metal framing. Mold and mildewremediation. New framing, insulation, drywall and vinylwall covering.

Robert HennesseyRobert Hennessey has over 35 years of experience in the hospitality renovation industry.He has worked on hotels throughout the US and has been responsible for several high-profileprojects including The Beverly Hilton. Renovations in California include: Embassy Suites hotels inNapa, Burlingame, South San Francisco and Milpitas as well as Holiday Inns at Union Square and

Fishermans Wharf in San Francisco. In Florida: Holiday Inn International Drive and Holiday InnSelect in Orlando as well as Embassy Suites and the Hilton Hotel both in Altamonte Springs. Just a fewof his other projects include: The Sheraton at Tysons Corner, VA; Embassy Suites in Kansas City, MO;the DoubleTree Hotel in Murfreesboro, Tennessee; and the Hilton Garden Inn, Rockaway, NJ.

Robert Hennessey has a reputation for delivering results. He is also known for his ability to takeover projects that are in trouble and turn them around finishing on schedule. Hands on, and with astrong background in all areas of hospitality renovations, Mr. Hennessey oversees every aspect of theon-site running of each project.
