F Series Flow Control Valves

Two-step needle provides fine adjustments at low flow with three turns of the adjusting knob. The next three turns give full-open needle position and conventional throttling control. When flow is reversed, the heavy-duty poppet-retainer permits full-flow return capacity. Color coded reference scale on the adjusting knob greatly simplifies flow set-ting, resetting, adjusting and return to original flow. A simple set screw locks the valve on any desired setting. Available in brass or black oxide steel.

Unlike some crimpers that only work with one brand of hose and fittings, our D-Series Hydraulic Hose Crimpers can crimp hose and fittings from virtually any manufacturer.

These fully adjustable crimpers can be set to the precise crimp diameter needed without the use of shims or spacer rings.

D100S Standalone Crimper works with any 10,000 psi hydraulic pump (not included)

D100H Hand-Operated Crimper includes 2-stage manual pump and steel carrying case

D100P Air-Powered Crimper includes pneumatic pump and steel carrying case

Two-piece die sets allow quick, easy die changes. With an effective crimp range of two to four millimeters, each adjustable die set crimps a variety of hoses and fittings.

Ferrule VisesOur ferrule vise crimping tools are ideal for light duty repetitive hose crimping. With a wide variety of available dies (sold separately) in either ribbed or straight configuration, these crimpers will consistently produce good looking accurate crimps time after time. Positive over-center action assures a consistent and repeatable crimp diameter with no need for adjustment.

The rugged cast iron frame and base is designed to provide years of dependable service and both the 670T and the 660T models have mounting holes which permit them to be securely mounted to a workbench.
