What does Boutique hotel mean? Boutique hotel is a term originating from north america to describe intimate, usually luxurious or quirky hotel environments. Boutique hotels differentiate themselves from larger chain/branded hotels by providing personalized level of accommodation and services/ facilities.

hotel quintessence is located just 130 km northwest of Montreal. it is easily accessible year-round by car, limousine or bus. Private or chartered planes can also fly in to the Mont-tremblant international airport, only 25 minutes from Mont-tremblant.

Our seamless check-in leads you from our front door directly to your suite. check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m. should you plan to arrive prior to 4:00 p.m., please inform us and we will make every effort to accommodate your early arrival. if for some reason we cannot accommodate your early arrival requests, our front desk staff will be happy to store your bags until rooms become available.

upon entering our deluxe suites, you will be comforted by the grandeur found within. their 1050 square feet (93 square metres) greet you with a level of sophistication appreciated by well-traveled guests. turret executive suites

With an impressive 800 square feet (75 square metres), our two turret executive suites have all the particularities of our quintessence and executive suites with the added charm of select positioning within the hotel. each one has a large bay window overlooking the outdoor seasonal pool and offering a breathtaking view of the lake. the layout of these suites enhances their spaciousness while keeping the atmosphere of intimacy one looks for in a retreat. the sofa bed can accommodate one to two extra guests or be the setting for a romantic evening by the fire.

larger than most standard suites, our 700 square feet (65 square metres) quintessence suites are emphatically spacious. the 100% Berber-wool carpeting cradles your tired feet as soon as you enter. When night falls, ensconce yourself in the 7 pillows found on the custom-made king-size bed. We designed the suites for a romantic getaway with couples in mind. For extra guests, connecting q suites are available.

Our executive suites are located at the terrace level and on the 1st and 2nd floors of the hotel. their sizes (760 square feet / 70 square metres) allow couples or families (up to four, maximum occupancy) to enjoy a luxurious one-bedroom suite and a spacious bathroom.

the layout of these suites enhances their spaciousness while keeping the atmosphere of intimacy one looks for in a retreat. the sofa bed can accommodate extra guests or be the setting for a romantic evening in front of the fireplace.

You will find our clagett`s cabin, (approximately 400 square feet - 35 square metres) nestled in the woods adjacent to the main structure. the cabin was built in 1885 and moved from st-Jovite to this location in 1962 by the clagett family. the heritage of this charming cabin is apparent as soon as you walk into this cozy haven and find yourself welcomed by a warm fire in the original brick fireplace.

the four-poster queen-size bed creates the perfect romantic setting, as does the cast-iron claw foot tub. Majestic lake tremblant - ensconced in its natural setting - is right outside your window. clagett’s cabin is the perfect romantic refuge by the lake. You can feed the deer that come up to your door during the winter and enjoy a ‘tour du lac’ in our classic 1910 mahogany boat during the summer.

the restaurant la quintessence offers an outstanding gastronomical experience at breakfast, lunch and dinner. the top level cuisine, created by our chef, features traditional specialties using local products and has earned a Four diamond rating, awarded jointly by caa and aaa ; only 30 restaurants, in the whole Province of quebec, have merited such recognition.

the Winebar : a comfortable, relaxing area providing discreet service and a wide selection of rare single malt scotches, fine champagne, cognacs and liqueurs. located in a secluded turret of the cellar, the 5000 bottle capacity wine cellar with tasting room allows wine connoisseurs to experience some of the world’s best wines in exceptional conditions.

the chef ’s table provides an exclusive culinary experience. the chef personally serves his creations in an intimate greenhouse for up to six privileged patrons.

the suite’s 3 wood-burning fireplaces ensure that you are surrounded by warmth wherever you may be. a secluded terrace of approximately 750 square feet allows you to soak in your private hot tub among the treetops while providing a breathtaking 180-degree view of the lake and the mountain. these suites feature one an a half bathrooms, ideal for those quick changes before heading back to the patio.

the cathedral ceilings with massive wood beams, the rich textiles found throughout the suites, the mineral water and chocolate provided in our turndown service, the sound of tranquility and the smell of the pine trees surrounding your private terrace create myriad sensations for the five senses.
