We have analyzed our current HIT and developed an IS tactical plan to support our strategic initiatives.

Create a virtual medical community service arena in which medical centers, associated physicians and hospitals engage in a separate and shared EHR system.
Foster physician development and relations Develop partnership with patients and

with high quality, demonstrated high performance on outcomes)
Our vision is to be the top HCO in the area by adding value to the HCO and patients.
To do so, upgrades to current systems (EMR, Kronos) as well as implementation of new systems (BCMA, ODS) are needed.
Changes are necessary in order to improve patient safety, satisfaction and operation efficiency.
