With the rapid development of cloud computing and mobile Internet businesses, the growth of IT density andenergy consumption are bringing a lot, as well as improving the efficiency of data centers, accelerating the speed ofdeployment,and controlling investment and operating costs, Huawei has launched the IDS2000-M modular data centersolution. IDS2000-M is a new generation modular data center solution with complete integration of cabinets, power supplyand distribution systems, cooling systems, cabling systems, management software, and much more.

Huawei IDS2000-M modular data center adopts All-in-room integration design. It supports exible deployment with singleor dual row, contained or non-contained aisle, cold or hot aisle containment. Maximum 48 cabinets can be deployed in

dual-row module and 18 cabinets in single-row module with 3~36 IT cabinets. The maximal IT power can be up to 21kW/ rack. Single module is suitable for the space below 100m 2. IDS2000-M module data center has been widely applied in smalland medium enterprises as well as the branch of large corporation in government ,education, healthcare, nance industryetc, and medium capacity desktop cloud computing and high-performance computing data center.

Power Distribution - PDF

PDF includes integrated PDF and combined PDF(UPS PDF and precise PDF).

380/400/415V (3Ph, 50/60Hz) are all supported.

UPS PDF integrated ATS, UPS power supply andair conditioner power supply, and precise PDFmainly provides power and energy measurementfor IT load.

The end door of a con ned channel can be a sliding door or adouble door.

Tempered glass is used as the door panel, which ensures channelvisibility and meets re ghting requirements.

Sealed brushes are installed at the bottom of the door panel,making the date center module sealed in an enhanced manner.

The access control system is optional when a double door is used.

A at roof ceiling consists of side panels, top frames, andrevolving ceiling panels.

The temperature detector and smoke alarm are installed incontainment aisle , and are linked with skylight controller.After the action of electromagnetic switch, the rotateskylight automatically opens by gravity, ensuring the reextinguishing gases into the aisle.

Two types of cable troughs: signal cable troughs and power

cable troughs. Cables insulation reduces system interferenceand increase reliability.

Cable holes are located in the center of each cabinet topcover to simplify cable-routing into the cabinet.

The expansion of length direction can be achieved.

Power Supply - UPS

The UPS provides an uninterruptible powersupply for the modular data center.

380/400/415V (3Ph, 50/60Hz) are all supported.

According to Tier II, Tier III, Tier IV demands,power supply system is in the N, N+1, 2Nbackup.

FM200 hepta uoropropane gas is equipped, module containment isinstalled with smoke temperature sensors, when the smoke sensorand temperature sensor are warning at the same time, then the

re control system push gas into module;

External smoke sensor, and temperature sensor xing bracket are available,and the height is adjustable to realize fast free-engineering (when notusing the xing bracket, sensors can be directly installed on the ceiling).

NetEco system manages the real-time data and status of data centerinfrasturctures, including power, environment, video, and door status.

Handling emer gencies automatically, impr oving managementef ciency greatly, reducing the cost of O&M.

Dynamic PUE management, optimizing important power andcooling services, smart interaction with cloud-platform.

In a modular data center, air conditioners and racks formcold /hot aisles for isolation between cold air and hot air.

Row-level ACs are close to the heat sources, which reducesthe air pressure losses and minimizes cold air leakage tomaximize the use of cold air.

The cooling supply system is in the 'N+X' backup, whichcomplies 'Tier III', and for higher reliability, the 'Tier IV' couldbe also customized.

One modular data center consists of 48 server racks at most.

Racks are uni ed in dimension, and complied with 19-inch standard, andthe air ventilation is front-to-rear, and the doors' perforation rate is 67%.

Super bearing load: static load is1200 kg.

All racks are pre-installed in factory, which make on-site implementationmuch faster.
