    help with hay, as well as grain etc: With winter be-ing so cold and with a shortage of hay, we need your HELP ! And the dogs are in need of more kennels and warm bedding and dog houses. Please help us by donating for all the animals. There is little hope for Dogs and Horses in Okanogan County.
