2008 end2endtech abandoned (clients transferred to unknown third party)

Any one know where I can find the owner(s)? I tried whois listing but no one answers the phone or email? Anyone know where I can find Steve?

Would like end2endtech to provide RFP on large ( multi-million dollar IT implementation in California). Sure wish I could find these guys, they seemed good?
