plains this so check their bags if it doesn’t at first appear. It’s nice to note that the vast majority of children were able to be placed in their first choice. There will not be a tramp activity as only one child chose this option.

SWIMSAFEPlease remember to return your Swimsafe permission slips and $26 fee at your earliest opportunity. Swimsafe for Rooms 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 12 and 13 will commence on Monday 21 July so please get those slips back to us prior to the end of term.

MEASLES UPDATEPlease see the attached letter from the Waikato District Health Board. Where cases have occurred in schools, the D i s t r i c t H e a l t h B o a r d h a v e recommended that any un-immunised children do not attend school for a period of two weeks. Whilst new entrant children are requested to provide immunisation records on enrolment at Hukanui there are a number of children that have transferred into our school who have not supplied the signed document from their Well Child/Plunket book. If this applies to your child, we would ask that you please bring in your child’s immunisation record to our school office so we can update their file. Similarly, if you have not supplied this record on enrolment, could you please do so now.
