3. Civil rights are the basic and general rights of citizens living in a country. Religious rights are the rights of the people of a certain religion. I think that the cabinet is talking about the Arabs. He states that the Arabs don’t have the civil rights to be in Palestine because he determines that the land belongs to the Jews.

4. Both the Arabs and Jews are equally rightful owners of Palestine/Israel. If the British people make a national home for the Jewish then it is unfair for the Arabs. The Arab’s civil and religious rights would be threatened by taking away their homeland from them.

5. The Arab’s were offended by the language used. They were called “Non-Jewish” instead of Arabs. The title given to them “Non-Jewish” made it sound like they are like the rest of the people.

6. In source A, it shows that the British are Anti-Arabs because they use offending language against them, and they are trying to build a national home for the Jews and not for the Arabs. In source B, it states that the British think that the Jews are the ones carrying down the culture of Palestine and the Arabs are just other people, like immigrants living in Palestine.

7. I think that source A is reliable because it is an official letter to the Jews. However, the text states that source B is a note, which shows that it is not a official letter, and that it is only a proposal to the government on only helping the Jews and making the Arabs seem unimportant.
