The sole purpose of the HR Division is to support the School in the development and delivery of its priorities and strategy.

HR Partners
• HR Partners will focus on their assigned areas of the School
• HR partners will ‘partner’ managers throughout the school in devising people management solutions that meet present and future needs.
• Act as a ‘critical’ friend, providing appropriate and timely HR solutions
• Provide clear and expert advice across all HR issues• Interpret and deliver centrally held HR initiatives
What does the HR Partners service mean for you?
• Named contact • Regular allocated time• Management information • Attendance at management / staff meetings• Pro active support • Updates on HR initiatives that affect you
