Success Story1. Vijay was found on Bhiwani railway station in

lawaris condition. He was handed over to his parents through a tattoo of mobile phone no. that was drawn on his arm.

2. 8 years old girl named Kismat,lost in her own city Sirsa. She admitted in kanaiya lal Orphanage sirsa. Her father did not try to search in a city orphanage . During the operation muskan She was handed over to her parents.

3. On dated 2-7-2015 a boy namely anuj was rescue by the team in afternoon who was missing, by the orders of CWC (Child Welfare Committee) Faridabad boy was given the temporary shelter in CCI. After 6 days his parents was traced from UP and the boy was handed over to his parents by producing the boy before CWC.

Exploitation of Children On secret information, A gang who

provide to children to homes as domestic help nabbed and three children of age 12,16 & 8 years recovered from Kurukshetra, Karnal & Hisar.

A gang to provide under age girls for sex was nabbed from Kurukshetra and one under age girls recovered from this gang 8 accused arrested.

Problems & Challenges1. Magnitude of problem unknown.2. Inadequate child care institution , in both

Government and private sectors.3. Standards prescribed for CCIS needs to be

revisited, especially for existing shelter homes in private sectors

4. Schools up to Metric level and Vocational Training centers to be part of CCIS.

5. Placement/jobs for educated/skilled/ semi-skilled victims

6. Facilities for mentally challenges, Implementation of M.H. Act 1987.

7. CWC- Whole time/permanent institution/non-charitable job.

10. Lack of awareness on part of common man.11. Inadequate/no enforcement to relevant laws.12. Enforcement of Labour Laws, corruption, lack

of infrastructure .13. DCPU14. Most of them unaware of the correct address/

1. Mapping/Survey to know the magnitude of the problem2. Create adequate and proper infrastructure for providing

food, clothing and shelter and for rehabilitations and reintegration of missing children, schools, vocational training /placement

3. Enforcement of PITA/IPC provisions4. Revisit laws relating to Juveniles/CNCP/JJ Act/Labour

Laws/PITA/370-A IPC5. AHT Police Stations/Units at District level/City Level6. Revamping of CWC and DCPUs. JJ Act to be amended7. Public awareness, National Campaign ,Advertisement on

National Media8. Reintegration of girls victims, rehabilitation of missing

children- need to classify them as Socially & educationally backward class

9. Co-ordinate between W&CD/police/labour deptt., single law, Single enforcement unit , Single Window for rehabilitaly
