How to find the punch-out 1. Visit iProcurement – type “go/iPro” in your Humana browser
2. Click on the Promotional Goods Store.

How to search the site • When using the L.A. Promotions catalog, you can find items
using the search bar at the top of the site
• Or the categories on the left‐hand side.

How to place an order • Once you have located an item you want, click on the item.
• A screen similar to below will display

• A screen similar to below will display. • Complete the fields shown
• Choose the Logo you want printed from the pull down list. • If you have a special logo
• please include the name/description of the logo in the Order Notes section
• email a copy of the logo to [email protected] • L.A. Promotions will confirm logo approval with the
Humana brand team (aka the Hive). • If you have an EVENT date or special shipping instructions -
please include the information in the Order Notes section.

• Once completed click Checkout.

• Once back in iProcurement, you can proceed through the normal Checkout process.
• You will now proceed to the Humana iProcurement site.
• The data from your purchase will automatically populate the
requisition information.
• You will not be able to add any additional items to your cart after
submitting

How to request a custom item
• If you cannot find what you are looking for on the site, contact L.A. Promotions to discuss your need and find the ideal item.

• Once you and L.A. Promotions have finalized the custom item, L.A. Promotions will load a quote in the Special Orders section of the punch-out so you can proceed with your order in iProcurement

• Find your special order and click on the item • Once you have located an item you want, click on the item.

• Click Add to cart
