The beating of people was justified in different ways by different groups of people. Now that we are more civilised and have rights, things have changed. When will it change for animals?

Slavery was once acceptable if done to a certain race of humans. Has this classification evolved so that all humans are now exempt from it and animals have taken our place?

Is it ever OK to

experiment on a human? Now…most of us would

say no!

So why is it OK to do this

to an animal?

To make ourselves beautiful?

To make us well?

To find out if

they are made up in a similar way?

It was acceptable to force a particular race of people to work. This has changed. Is it acceptable to force animals to work in this way? Also why? To feed us right? This makes it OK because we are

superior to animals! BUT we are so stupid! We produce too much food and so much of it goes to waste. Can we really call ourselves superior?

Imprisoning people without

evidence was

justified by some

groups in the past.

As a species do we need to keep doing similar acts

to some poor living being so

that we feel in control? Powerful? Superior?

Millions of people were slaughtered and piled in heaps. It was justified! Animals have taken their place. We’re so lucky!
