User-friendly, safe and easy...All RatioPlant® implants are in special tube internal packaging, located in an extra blister pack. User-friendly, safe and sterile packed. This packaging provides soft inclusion with the insertion instrument directly from the tube during the surgery. Patient labels with all relevant data facilitate documentation of the implants used.

Exposure of the bone using scalpel or mucosal punch. Removal of the periosteum and preparation of the flap (1).
Punch marking with a round burr bit; fix the implant position, level the bone plateau by milling if necessary (2).

Pilot drilling with pilot drill bit, alternatively with triangle drill bit (3).
Extension drilling at the corresponding diameter, with twist drill bits of the desired length and at an increasing diameter (4).
Perform depth measurement optionally (5).
Countersink according to the implant diameter (optional for D1/D2 bone quality) to enlarge the cortical area to allow insertion of the implant without excessive pressure (6).
Place the implant with the adapter for motor, ideally with the torque ratchet with max. 40 Ncm. Prefeably place the area of transition, between the thread and polished part, equicrestal or slighlty subcrestal (7).
Note:Single implants are only in case of secondary blocking, e.g. through a hybrid prosthesis or -bridge, allowed to be loaded immediately. In Case of a single implant, load protection got to be ensured in form of a thermoforming rail or something similar.
Removal of the implant with the adapter for torque ratchet or motor directly out of the sterile plastic tube after opening both caps.

After an appropriate healing time, an impression can be taken by using the Transfer Cap Single with a standardized or an individual tray (8).
9 10 With the quick-abutment Gold Single hex and the quick-abutment Plastic Single hex you are able to manufacture single crowns, in addition the quick-abutment Plastic Single is used for the manufacturing of bridges (9-10).
Note:
For the bridge construction with the use of Single implants, the implants has to be set almost parallel, to achieve a frictionless direction of insertion of the construction.
After manufacturing a crown in the dental laboratory, prepare this for cementing (11):
Note:To prevent the excess cement from heading into the subgingi-val area, always use a retraction thread!
Line the crown with a 2-component adhesive, put it on the implant and let it cure in connection with the antagonist.After the curing process, remove the excess cement and the retraction thread.
The quick-abutment Plastic Single or the quick-abutment Ti Single for the manufacturing of removable prosthetics, e.g. in application on a hybrid prosthesis (12-13).
