“bad child” is not truly bad, but

one who makes bad choices.

Participants will be asked to

examine their self regarding their

own behaviors and decisions when confronted with a

potential angry, aggressive, or violent child. Identify

the differences between angry , aggressive and vio-

lent behaviors. Participants will be reminded to keep

an open mind and let all possibilities to enter their

mind when thinking of solutions in dealing with the

acting-out child. Participants will be challenged to look

and think about the acting-out child in a different way.

They will understand that children are not miniature

adults, but children who are being shaped and mod-

eled to prepare for the adult world.
