Huntley’s full-access I-90 interchange at Rt. 47 was opened in 2013, making the area very attractive to commercial and industrial development. Our thriving community has over 300 acres of fully developed retail, office and industrial sites available.

Centegra Hospital-Huntley opened August 9, 2016. The 128-bed hospital offers state-of-the-art technology with all private rooms. Currently, Centegra is in talks to merge with the highly regarded Northwestern Medicine hospitals, and Children’s Lurie Hospital doctors are currently staffing the pediatric ward. Centegra’s 80,000 square foot medical office building (MOB) opened early 2017. Rosalind Franklin University (medical school) is a signed tenant for the MOB and should be open by mid-summer. Huntley is fast becoming a medical mecca.
