I have been Brian’s District manager for four years and he has held multiple positions in my organization starting as a sales representative after graduating high school in 2009 and advancing into Branch Manager in the summer of 2012. In each position Brian has succeeded to the highest level and his dedication and leadership have helped my organization grow to a current number one ranking in our company. Ever since Brian’s first summer in my organization he has been a proven leader as the number two representative in my office out of 200. As a sales manager the following summer, Brian lead our team to do over $400,000 in sales of Cutco Cutlery in a four month timeframe from May to August; he has always shown a strong worth ethic and a passion to improve the team. He has won many awards, trophies and trips with our company but his main impact has been on the development and growth new sales representatives and managers inside my organization. Brian has undoubtedly impacted my organization more than any single individual I have privileged enough to work with during the last four years as a District Manager with Vector Marketing and Cutco Cutlery. As my Sales Manager, Brian helped in recruiting, motivating and leading groups of individuals to different levels of sales success. Due to Brian’s performance he was awarded an office of his own in part of my territory where he lead his team to the #1 ranking out of Branch Managers in our division. As a Branch Manager, Brian owned and operated his office from May to August of 2012; He was in charge of every operational and financial decision inside of his business. I aided him in negotiating office space with multiple landlords. He had phone lines and internet installed, interviewed, hired and trained a receptionist team. As a Branch Manager on a daily basis Brian had to motivate and lead a sales team which he recruited and trained.
