01.Aluminum honeycombAluminum honeycomb is a lightweight core material offering excellent strength and good corrosion resistance for industrial applications at low cost. It is usually made from 3003 or 5052 aluminum alloy foil.

02.Steel honeycombHuarui provides high quality steel honeycomb for aero space and civil areas. Steel honeycomb is made by special foils. Instead of adhesive bonding, steel honeycomb is welded in hexagonal shape.

03.Aluminum honeycomb panels

Aluminum honeycomb panels are sandwich-

structured composites with honeycomb cores.

They are manufactured by using a variety of

different materials, depending on the intended

application and required characteristics.

04.Stone honeycomb panelsStone Honeycomb Panels are sandwich panels made up of a thin natural stone veneer reinforced with an aluminum honeycomb backing. The stone veneer can be almost any stone including granite, marble, limestone, travertine and onyx.

As the key point of manufacture and product quality, adhesive printing is conducted in a clean ,closed and air conditioning house. We have 8 lines which can produce 80 blocks per day

Huarui is the only professional manufacturer of steel honeycomb in Southern China.

The 2nd Generation of Continuous Production Line of Honeycomb Panels with daily capacity of 2000m2 for max size 1600x 12,000mm. Instead of working with irradiative heat transfer system, our line is with thermal convection which guarantee adhesive film is well bonded to honeycomb and aluminum sheets

Lamination, splitting, calibration, polishing, mitered edge and returns. Each single process is handed professionally. Huarui is the most professional manufacturer of stone honeycomb panel in China

Capability expansion plans

Due to business development, Huarui is planning to build up a new plant in Guangzhou-Qingyuan Industry Park in coming two years. The second continuous production line of honeycomb panels is scheduled for the new plant.

Mr. John on behalf of Huarui signed a contract with Mr. Huang, the director of Guangzhou-Qingyuan Industry Park Huang, the director of Guangzhou-Qingyuan Industry Park for a 30,000m2 land on Jan 12, 2017

Manufacturing Process

1. Aluminum honeycomb begins life as a roll of foil. Available aluminum

alloy: 3003H18, 5052H18

3. Aluminum foil is passed through a printer for adhesive lines to be printed in a clean ,closed and air conditioning house. Once the lines are printed, the foil is cut to size and stacked into piles using our stacking machine.

5.The block of honeycomb can be cut into slices. The thickness of the slices can be tailored to each customer’s individual requirements

2. Automatic ultrasonic cleaning

When demands for high bonding strength honeycomb, material has to be cleared.

4. These stacked sheets are pressed using a heated press to allow the adhesive to cure and bond the sheets of foil together to form a block of honeycomb.

6.Finally, the honeycomb is expanded by machine or by hand, which completes the manufacturing process.
