GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS
1. DRAWINGS ARE DIAGRAMMATIC. COORDINATE AND DETERMINE FINAL LOCATIONS OF SYSTEMS ANDCOMPONENTS IN FIELD. COORDINATE WITH ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS AND OTHER TRADES.
2. THE INTENTION IS FOR INSTALLATION OF COMPLETE AND OPERATING SYSTEMS. NOT EVERYCOMPONENT REQUIRED IS SHOWN. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL INCLUDE ALL COMPONENTS NORMALLYASSOCIATED WITH THE PARTICULAR SYSTEM. THE SYSTEM SHALL BE FULLY COMMISSIONED ANDSIGNED OFF BY AN OFFICER OF THE RESPECTIVE CONTRACTOR PRIOR TO FINAL OWNER ACCEPTANCETESTING. PROVIDE PERSONNEL TO ASSIST WITH OWNER ACCEPTANCE TESTING.
3. GIVE NOTICES, FILE PLANS, OBTAIN PERMITS AND LICENSES, PAY FEES AND BACK CHARGES, ANDOBTAIN NECESSARY APPROVALS FROM AUTHORITIES THAT HAVE JURISDICTION AS REQUIRED TOPERFORM WORK IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL LEGAL REQUIREMENTS AND WITH THE DESIGN DOCUMENTS.
4. MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT SHALL BE LISTED BY UNDERWRITERS LABORATORIES (UL) AND APPROVEDBY ASME AND AGA, AS APPLICABLE, FOR INTENDED SERVICE.
5. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR CONSTRUCTION MEANS, METHODS,TECHNIQUES, SEQUENCES AND PROCEDURES REQUIRED FOR SAFE EXECUTION AND COMPLETION OFTHE WORK AND FOR INITIATING, MAINTAINING AND SUPERVISING ALL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS ANDPROGRAMS IN CONNECTION WITH THE WORK.
6. ALL MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT AND METHOD OF INSTALLATION SHALL BE ACCORDANCE WITH THESTANDARDS, REGULATIONS, CODES, ORDINANCES AND LAW OF LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERALGOVERNMENTS AND OTHER AUTHORITIES THAT HAVE LAWFUL JURISDICTION.
7. IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THIS CONTRACTOR TO COORDINATE THE WORK UNDER THISCONTRACT WITH THAT OF ALL OTHER TRADES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ELECTRICAL, HVAC,SPRINKLER, PLUMBING, STRUCTURAL AND GENERAL CONSTRUCTION. OFFSETS IN DUCTWORK,PIPINGAND CONDUITS AROUND OBSTRUCTIONS SHALL BE PROVIDED AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO THEOWNER.
8. EACH CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CUTTING AND PATCHING REQUIRED FOR THE INSTALLATION OFNEW WORK UNDER THIS CONTRACT. CUTTING AND PATCHING SHALL BE COMPLETED IN A NEAT ANDWORKMANLIKE MANNER. PATCHING MATERIALS SHALL MATCH EXISTING MATERIALS TO THE GREATESTEXTENT POSSIBLE. PROVIDE TOUCH-UP TO MATCH EXISTING SURROUNDING AREAS OF CUTTING ANDPATCHING WORK.
9. INTERRUPTIONS TO EXISTING SERVICES AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE AS SHORT AS POSSIBLE AND AT ATIME AND DURATION APPROVED BY THE OWNER. INCLUDE ALL PREMIUM TIME ASSOCIATED WITHINTERRUPTIONS IN BID PROPOSAL. INTERRUPTIONS SHALL BE SCHEDULED WITH OWNER AT LEAST 48HOURS IN ADVANCE.
10. CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE ITS RESPECTIVE CEILING MOUNTED EQUIPMENT AND DEVICES WITHOTHER TRADE CONTRACTORS PRIOR TO INSTALLATION TO AVOID CONFLICTS.
11. ALL DEBRIS SHALL BE CLEANED AND REMOVED FROM THE SITE BY END OF EACH WORK DAY. PRIOR TODISPOSAL OF EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS, TURN OVER TO THE OWNER ANY REMOVED EQUIPMENT ANDMATERIALS REQUESTED BY THE OWNER.
12. WORK SHALL BE EXECUTED IN A WORKMANLIKE MANNER AND SHALL PRESENT A NEAT, RECTILINEARAPPEARANCE WHEN COMPLETED.
13. MAINTAIN MAXIMUM HEAD ROOM AT ALL TIMES. DO NOT RUN PIPES, DUCTS AND CONDUIT EXPOSEDUNLESS SHOWN AND NOTED TO BE EXPOSED ON DRAWINGS.
14. MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT SHALL BE NEW, UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE, AND INSTALLED ACCORDINGTO MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS SO THAT COMPLETED INSTALLATIONSHALL OPERATE SAFELY AND EFFICIENTLY.
15. EACH RESPECTIVE CONTRACTOR SHALL FIRE STOP ALL NEW AND EXISTING OPENINGS THROUGH FIRERATED FLOORS, WALLS AND CEILINGS WITH UL ASSEMBLIES OF EQUAL RATING. FIELD VERIFY EXISTINGCONDITIONS BEFORE SUBMITTING BID PROPOSAL.
16. COORDINATE ALL ROOF PENETRATIONS WITH WORK OF OTHER TRADES. ALL PENETRATIONS SHALL BESEALED WATERTIGHT. COORDINATE FLASHING REQUIREMENTS TO MAINTAIN ROOF WARRANTY.
17. MANUFACTURERS' MODEL NUMBERS ARE SPECIFIED SOLELY TO ESTABLISH STANDARDS OF QUALITYFOR PERFORMANCE AND MATERIALS.
18. SUBSTITUTED PRODUCTS SUBMITTED AND APPROVED FOR USE THAT NECESSITATE CHANGES TO THEWORK OF OTHER TRADES OF CONTRACT SHALL BE COORDINATED AND ARRANGED BY THE CONTRACTORWHO SUBMITTED THE SUBSTITUTION WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COST TO THE OWNER.
19. PRODUCT INSTALLATION SHALL ADHERE TO MANUFACTURER'S RECOMMENDATIONS AND INSTRUCTION.20. EACH RESPECTIVE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE PROPER ACCESS TO EQUIPMENT AND COMPONENTS
THAT REQUIRE INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE AND POSSIBLE REPAIR. ACCESS PANELS SHALL BE MINIMUM12"X12" OR AS NEEDED FOR PROPER ACCESS. ACCESS PANELS SHALL BE FURNISHED BY THISCONTRACTOR AND TURNED OVER TO GENERAL CONTRACTOR FOR INSTALLATION.
21. CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS AND REQUIREMENTS OF ALLAPPLICABLE EQUIPMENT WITH THE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR.
22. AS WORK PROGRESSES AND FOR DURATION OF CONSTRUCTION, MAINTAIN A COMPLETE SET OFCONTRACT DRAWINGS AT THE JOBSITE. RECORD WORK COMPLETED AND ALL CHANGES FROM ORIGINALCONTRACT DRAWINGS CLEARLY AND ACCURATELY INCLUDING WORK INSTALLED AS A MODIFICATIONOR ADDITION TO THE ORIGINAL DESIGN TURN OVER ALL OPERATING MANUALS, MAINTENANCEMANUALS, AND "AS BUILT" DRAWINGS TO OWNER AT CONCLUSION OF CONSTRUCTION.
23. DO NOT SUPPORT EQUIPMENT, DUCTWORK, PIPING, CONDUIT OR DEVICES FROM SUSPENDED CEILINGS.SUPPORT ALL EQUIPMENT, DUCTWORK, PIPING, CONDUIT AND DEVICES FROM BUILDING STRUCTURE TOPROVIDE A VIBRATION FREE INSTALLATION. NOTIFY ARCHITECT AND STRUCTURAL ENGINEER OF ALLWEIGHTS AND METHODS OF SUPPORT.
24. ANY REFERENCE TO MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, FIRE PROTECTION OR ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS NOTEDON THE DRAWINGS SHALL NOT BE INTERPRETED AS AN INTENTION TO DEFINE SEPARATE CONTRACTORSFOR THE RESPECTIVE WORK. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE AND PROVIDE ACOMPLETE INSTALLATION WITH COMPLETE MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, FIRE PROTECTION ANDELECTRICAL SYSTEMS, REGARDLESS OF ANY REFERENCES TO OTHER TRADE CONTRACTORS.
25. GUARANTEE WORK OF THIS CONTRACTOR IN WRITING FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OFOWNER'S ACCEPTANCE OR CERTIFICATE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION. PROMPTLY REPAIR OR REPLACEDEFECTIVE MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, WORKMANSHIP AND INSTALLATIONS THAT DEVELOP DEFECTSWITHIN THIS PERIOD. PROMPTLY AND TO OWNERS SATISFACTION, CORRECT DAMAGE CAUSED INMAKING NECESSARY REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS UNDER THIS GUARANTEE AT NO ADDITIONAL COSTTO OWNER. 1.2. ITEMS OF VALUE WHICH ARE NOT INDICATED TO BE RETURNED TO THE OWNER SHALL BECOME THEPROPERTY OF THE CONTRACTOR. STORAGE OR SALE OF ITEMS ON THE PROJECT SITE IS PROHIBITED.
1.3. PROTECTION: ENSURE THE SAFE PASSAGE OF PERSONS IN AND AROUND THE BUILDING DURINGDEMOLITION. PREVENT INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO PROPERTY. PROVIDE ADEQUATESHORING AND BRACING TO PREVENT COLLAPSE. IMMEDIATELY REPAIR DAMAGED PROPERTY TO THECONDITION BEFORE BEING DAMAGED. TAKE EFFECTIVE MEASURES TO PREVENT WINDBLOWN DUST.
1.4. UTILITIES: MAINTAIN ALL UTILITIES EXCEPT THOSE THAT REQUIRE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION. KEEPUTILITIES IN SERVICE AND PROTECT FROM DAMAGE. DO NOT INTERRUPT UTILITIES SERVING OCCUPIEDAREAS OF THE SITE OR BUILDING WITHOUT FIRST OBTAINING PERMISSION FROM OWNER.
2. REGULATION REQUIREMENTS2.1. STRICTLY COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE CODES, REGULATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS OR AUTHORITY
HAVING JURISDICTION.3. HANDLING OF MATERIALS
3.1. REMOVE DEBRIS FROM THE SITE AS IT ACCUMULATES. DO NOT STORE, SELL, BURN OR OTHERWISEDISPOSE OF DEBRIS ON SITE. REMOVE ALL MATERIAL IN SUCH MANNER AS TO PREVENT SPILLAGE.
4. TRANSFER OF RESPONSIBILITY AND DISPOSITION OF MATERIALS4.1. UPON RECEIPT OF NOTICE TO PROCEED WITH THE WORK, THE TITLE TO ALL MATERIALS FOR
DEMOLITION SHALL BE VESTED. THE CONTRACTOR WHEREUPON THE OWNER WILL NOT BERESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDITION, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO SAID PROPERTY. ALL SUCH ITEMS SHALL BEREMOVED FROM THE OWNER'S PROPERTY.
5. DISPOSAL OF DEMOLISHED MATERIALS5.1. REMOVE UNUSED EQUIPMENT AND FIXTURES AND ALL ASSOCIATED DUCTWORK AND PIPING SERVICING
EQUIPMENT AND FIXTURES INCLUDING ANY ABANDONED DUCTWORK AND PIPING NOT ASSOCIATEDWITH SAID EQUIPMENT AND FIXTURES AND NOT REQUIRED FOR NEW WORK. REMOVE DUCTWORK ANDPIPING BACK TO THE NEXT LIVE BRANCH WHICH WILL NOT OBSTRUCT THE NEW WORK AND CAP AIR ORWATER TIGHT. TRANSPORT AND LEGALLY DISPOSE OF MATERIALS OFF SITE.
5.2. ALL DEMOLITION SHALL BE COORDINATED WITH OWNER, ARCHITECT, ENGINEER AND GENERALCONTRACTOR. ALL DEBRIS SHALL BE CLEANED UP AND REMOVED FROM THE SITE BY THE END OF EACHWORK DAY. PRIOR TO DISPOSAL OF EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS, TURN OVER TO OWNER ANYREMOVED EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS PER OWNER'S REQUEST.
6. CLEAN UP AND REPAIR6.1. UPON COMPLETION OF DEMOLITION WORK, REMOVAL TOOLS, EQUIPMENT AND DEMOLISHED
MATERIALS FROM SITE. REMOVE PROTECTION AND LEAVE INTERIOR AREAS BROOM CLEAN.6.2. REPAIR DEMOLITION PERFORMED IN EXCESS OF THAT REQUIRED. RETURN STRUCTURES AND
SURFACES TO REMAIN IN CONDITION EXISTING PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF SELECTIVE DEMOLITIONWORK. REPAIR ADJACENT CONSTRUCTION OR SURFACES SOILED OR DAMAGED BY SELECTIVEDEMOLITION WORK.

2. ALL CONDENSATE DRAIN LINES SHALL BE PIPED FULL SIZE OF UNIT DRAIN OUTLET AND PROVIDED WITH 'P' TRAP.TERMINATE CONDENSATE DRAIN PIPING AT NEAREST DRAIN.
3. EACH ROOFTOP UNIT OVER 2000 CFM SHALL HAVE A DUCT SMOKE DETECTOR LOCATED IN THE RETURN AIRSTREAM. DUCT SMOKE DETECTOR SHALL DE-ENERGIZE RESPECTIVE UNIT UPON ACTIVATION. DUCT SMOKEDETECTOR SHALL BE PROVIDED AND INSTALLED BY HE MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR. DUCT SMOKE DETECTORSHALL BE WIRED TO THE FIRE ALARM SYSTEM BY THE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR UNDER THE MECHANICALCONTRACTOR'S SCOPE OF WORK. MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE ALL WORK WITH THEELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR.

INSULATION SHALL BE FIRE RATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASHRAE(AMERICAN SOCIETY OF HEATING, REFRIGERATING AND AIR CONDITIONING ENGINEERS) 90A, 50/25 SMOKEDEVELOPMENT AND FLAME SPREAD REQUIREMENTS.
12. FLEXIBLE DUCT LENGTH SHALL NOT EXCEED 10 FEET. FLEXIBLE DUCT SHALL BE FABRIC COVERED GALVANIZEDSTEEL HELIX MECHANICALLY LOCKED TO THE FABRIC. 15. CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE ITS RESPECTIVE CEILING MOUNTED EQUIPMENT WITH OTHER TRADE CONTRACTORS PRIOR TO INSTALLATION TOAVOID CONFLICTS.
16. ANY DEMOLITION SHALL BE COORDINATED WITH OWNER, ARCHITECT, G.C. AND ENGINEER. ALL DEBRIS SHALL BE CLEANED UP AND REMOVED FROMTHE SITE BY THE END OF THE DAY. PRIOR TO DISPOSAL OF EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS, TURN OVER TO THE OWNER ANY REMOVED EQUIPMENT ANDMATERIALS PER OWNERS REQUEST.
17. WORK SHALL BE EXECUTED IN A WORKMANLIKE MANNER AND SHALL PRESENT NEAT, RECTILINEAR APPEARANCE WHEN COMPLETED. MAINTAINMAXIMUM HEAD ROOM AT ALL TIMES. DO NOT RUN PIPES, DUCTS, AND CONDUIT EXPOSED UNLESS SHOWN AND NOTED TO BE EXPOSED ONDRAWINGS. MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT SHALL BE NEW AND INSTALLED ACCORDING TO MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS ANDRECOMMENDATIONS, SO THAT COMPLETED INSTALLATION SHALL OPERATE SAFELY AND EFFICIENTLY.
18. EACH RESPECTIVE CONTRACTOR SHALL FIRE STOP ALL NEW AND EXISTING SLEEVES THROUGH CONCRETE FLOORS AND FIRE RATED WALLS ORPARTITIONS WITH UL RATED ASSEMBLIES WITH EQUAL FIRE RATING. FIELD VERIFY EXISTING CONDITIONS BEFORE SUBMITTING PRICE.

5. PRIOR TO COMMENCING WORK, CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT SHOP DRAWINGS AND EQUIPMENT DATAFOR MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT TO THE ARCHITECT FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL. MATERIALS ANDEQUIPMENT SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED BEFORE SHOP DRAWINGS ARE REVIEWED AND APPROVED. ATLEAST TEN (10) WORKING DAYS, EXCLUSIVE OF TRANSMITTAL TIME, SHALL BE ALLOWED FORSUBMITTAL REVIEW.
6. MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT SHALL BE LISTED BY UNDERWRITERS LABORATORIES (UL) AND APPROVEDBY ASME AND AGA, AS APPLICABLE, FOR INTENDED SERVICE.
7. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR CONSTRUCTION MEANS, METHODS,TECHNIQUES, SEQUENCES AND PROCEDURES REQUIRED FOR SAFE EXECUTION AND COMPLETION OFTHE WORK AND FOR INITIATING, MAINTAINING AND SUPERVISING ALL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS ANDPROGRAMS IN CONNECTION WITH THE WORK.
8. ALL MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT AND METHOD OF INSTALLATION SHALL BE ACCORDANCE WITH THESTANDARDS, REGULATIONS, CODES, ORDINANCES AND LAW OF LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERALGOVERNMENTS AND OTHER AUTHORITIES THAT HAVE LAWFUL JURISDICTION.

DEVIATION FROM CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, OR PROPOSED SUBSTITUTION OF MATERIALS OR EQUIPMENTFOR THOSE SPECIFIED, SHALL BE REQUESTED IN SEPARATE LETTER, WHETHER DEVIATIONS ARE DUE TOFIELD CONDITIONS, STANDARD SHOP PRACTICE OR OTHER CAUSE. 11. EACH CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CUTTING AND PATCHING REQUIRED FOR THE INSTALLATION OFNEW WORK UNDER THIS CONTRACT. CUTTING AND PATCHING SHALL BE COMPLETED IN A NEAT ANDWORKMANLIKE MANNER. PATCHING MATERIALS SHALL MATCH EXISTING MATERIALS TO THE GREATESTEXTENT POSSIBLE. PROVIDE TOUCH-UP TO MATCH EXISTING SURROUNDING AREAS OF CUTTING ANDPATCHING WORK.
12. INTERRUPTIONS TO EXISTING SERVICES AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE AS SHORT AS POSSIBLE AND AT ATIME AND DURATION APPROVED BY THE OWNER. INCLUDE ALL PREMIUM TIME ASSOCIATED WITHINTERRUPTIONS IN BID PROPOSAL. INTERRUPTIONS SHALL BE SCHEDULED WITH OWNER AT LEAST 48HOURS IN ADVANCE.
13. CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE ITS RESPECTIVE CEILING MOUNTED EQUIPMENT AND DEVICES WITHOTHER TRADE CONTRACTORS PRIOR TO INSTALLATION TO AVOID CONFLICTS.
14. ALL DEMOLITION WORK SHALL BE COORDINATED WITH OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE, ARCHITECT,ENGINEER AND GENERAL CONTRACTOR. ALL DEBRIS SHALL BE CLEANED AND REMOVED FROM THE SITEBY END OF EACH WORK DAY. 16. MAINTAIN MAXIMUM HEAD ROOM AT ALL TIMES. DO NOT RUN PIPES, DUCTS AND CONDUIT EXPOSEDUNLESS SHOWN AND NOTED TO BE EXPOSED ON DRAWINGS.
17. MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT SHALL BE NEW, UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE, AND INSTALLED ACCORDINGTO MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS SO THAT COMPLETED INSTALLATIONSHALL OPERATE SAFELY AND EFFICIENTLY.
18. EACH RESPECTIVE CONTRACTOR SHALL FIRE STOP ALL NEW AND EXISTING OPENINGS THROUGH FIRERATED FLOORS, WALLS AND CEILINGS WITH UL ASSEMBLIES OF EQUAL RATING. FIELD VERIFY EXISTINGCONDITIONS BEFORE SUBMITTING BID PROPOSAL.
19. COORDINATE ALL ROOF PENETRATIONS WITH WORK OF OTHER TRADES. ALL PENETRATIONS SHALL BESEALED WATERTIGHT. COORDINATE FLASHING REQUIREMENTS TO MAINTAIN ROOF WARRANTY.
20. ANY INTERFERENCE SHALL BE BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE ORARCHITECT AND SHALL BE RESOLVED PRIOR TO THE INSTALLATION OF THE WORK INVOLVED.
21. MANUFACTURERS' MODEL NUMBERS ARE SPECIFIED SOLELY TO ESTABLISH STANDARDS OF QUALITYFOR PERFORMANCE AND MATERIALS.

26. AS WORK PROGRESSES AND FOR DURATION OF CONSTRUCTION, MAINTAIN A COMPLETE SET OFCONTRACT DRAWINGS AT THE JOBSITE. RECORD WORK COMPLETED AND ALL CHANGES FROM ORIGINALCONTRACT DRAWINGS CLEARLY AND ACCURATELY INCLUDING WORK INSTALLED AS A MODIFICATIONOR ADDITION TO THE ORIGINAL DESIGN TURN OVER ALL OPERATING MANUALS, MAINTENANCEMANUALS, AND "AS BUILT" DRAWINGS TO OWNER AT CONCLUSION OF CONSTRUCTION.
27. DO NOT SUPPORT EQUIPMENT, DUCTWORK, PIPING, CONDUIT OR DEVICES FROM SUSPENDED CEILINGS.SUPPORT ALL EQUIPMENT, DUCTWORK, PIPING, CONDUIT AND DEVICES FROM BUILDING STRUCTURE TOPROVIDE A VIBRATION FREE INSTALLATION. NOTIFY ARCHITECT AND STRUCTURAL ENGINEER OF ALLWEIGHTS AND METHODS OF SUPPORT.
28. ANY REFERENCE TO MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, FIRE PROTECTION OR ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS NOTEDON THE DRAWINGS SHALL NOT BE INTERPRETED AS AN INTENTION TO DEFINE SEPARATE CONTRACTORSFOR THE RESPECTIVE WORK. REMOVE DUCTWORK ANDPIPING BACK TO THE NEXT LIVE BRANCH WHICH WILL NOT OBSTRUCT THE NEW WORK AND CAP AIR ORWATER TIGHT. TRANSPORT AND LEGALLY DISPOSE OF MATERIALS OFF SITE.
5.2. ALL DEMOLITION SHALL BE COORDINATED WITH OWNER, ARCHITECT, ENGINEER AND GENERALCONTRACTOR. ALL DEBRIS SHALL BE CLEANED UP AND REMOVED FROM THE SITE BY THE END OF EACHWORK DAY.
