(10 pts) Do the tutorial of the Quartus-II software: Run the software->Open Help menu->Select Tutorial. Printout the snapshot of the last part of the tutorial as a proof for your completion of the tutorial.

(20 pts) Design a combinational circuit that accepts a 4-bit unsigned binary number (I3I2I1I0 ) and generates a 3-bit binary number (O2O1O0) in the output that gives the floor of the number divided by three. The floor function gives as a result the next lower integer. For example, if the output is to be 2.3, give a result of 2, but if it is 1.0, give a result of 1.
