The class work in the beginning of academic year i.e during July 1st week will commence through on-line and may continue till August 2020 or so until the govt directive to conduct class work on campus. All those students who wish to stay in hostel have to pay the hostel accommodation fees at the time of admission itself and shall reserve their accommodation. If the class work is held through online mode due to covid 19 pandemic , discount @ 8% per month in mess charges will be given for the entire online class work conduction period. If it continues beyond 3 months discount of 8% per month will be given in both accomodation and mess charges.If it continues for one semester then a max of 40% discount will be given in accommodation and mess charges.

Note: Students have to pay the Transport fee of ` 30,000 through online or Demand Draft in favour of “K L UNIVERSITY” payable at Hyderabad. (Cash / Cheques are not accepted)

All those who wish to avail transport facility shall pay an advance of 60% of total transport fees and reserve their seat.However due to Covid 19 pandemic if class work is held online a discount of 8%per month subject to a maximum of 40% will be given and they have to pay the balance amount at the time of availing bus facility when class work on campus is regularised.If Social distancing norms as per the government have to be followed due to Covid 19 additional 40% bus fee shall be collected only for the social distancing duration.
