and small displacement applications

• Low friction sealing to avoid excessive wear on piston rod at low speed

BHSM SERIES

Applications

BIA hydraulic service manifolds (BHSM) are used to control pressure and

flow distribution between hydraulic power unit and test stations.

Each BHSM integrates pressure regulation, energy storage in hydraulic

accumulators and oil filtration.

Technical Description

• OFF/LOW/HIGH pressure control modes between HPU and actuators

• 1 to 4 stations with individual OFF/LOW/HIGH pressure modes

• 1 to 4 ports for each station with optional quick connections

• 4 independent hydraulic lines per port: pressure, pilot (for servo-valves), return and drain

• Smooth pressure transition between two pressure modes

• Hydraulic accumulators on each line for smooth fluctuation and continuous supply

• Oil filtration on pressure and pilot lines

HPU SERIES

Applications

BIA standard hydraulic power units can supply from 20 lpm flow, up to 600 lpm. For higher needs,

several units can be associated to work in parallel, with management of each power unit start

according to the consumed flow.

Main Characteristics

• Stainless steel reservoir with 3-threshold oil level detectors and temperature switches

• Adjustable working pressure: up to 29 MPa (self-regulating pump)

• Asynchronous three-phase motor, mounted on anti-vibration studs

• An additional pump for cooling, filtration and flushing

• Filters on HP/LP circuits with electric detection of inner pressure

• Water/oil heat exchanging device ordered by thermostat

• External or autonomous control system system

• Noise reduction cover if required
