The new 80 Series Bobcat breakers have been designed to meet the most demanding customer requirements. The engineers started from a blank sheet of paper, developing a brand new concept which has led to many new patents. Energy chamber with diaphragm A distinct advantage compared with nitrogen chambers positioned on the top of the piston: since the nitrogen pressure remains constant, the breaker performance also remains constant! Simplifi ed maintenance, no periodic recharging is required.Virtually maintenance free, unlike piston-sealed systems without diaphragms. The breaker is operational as soon as it is mounted on the carrier.

Auto Power The automatic pressure regulator ensures that the breaker operates at its nominal operating pressure on all carriers: Maximum performance, regardless of fl ow variations, temperature changes or the carrier used. Excessive pressure is limited at the time of start-up. The energy chamber diaphragm is protected.

Easy to mountWorks within a large fl ow range. Accepts high back pressure.

Silencing as standardThe upper and lower shock absorbers isolate the breaker from the housing, thus reducing noise and vibrations transmitted to the carrier and the operator.

Parts and service backup

Easy and minimal maintenance

No tie-rods. The clip retains both the retaining pin and the bushing: removal of the bushing can be done easily on site. The breaker point can be removed quickly with a single multi-purpose tool. The grease port is protected by the clip.

Accessories Directly-mounted, adaptable attachments available for the complete range ensure a wider range of use, higher effi ciency, more productivity from only one operator and one machine on the job site. The operator is protected from exposure to

vibration typically encountered with standard compactors. The Clip Bucket is used to remove debris. The Clip Ram is

used to compact trenches. Mounting is quick and easy. No need to dismount the breaker from the carrier or

alter the hydraulic connections to change accessories.
