The 3 main ways of avoiding germs and illness…

There are three main ways in which we can ensure that germs are not spread and reduce the chances of illness through infections.1)Cleaning – it is important that we all wash hands, cooking equipment, surfaces and resources such as toys to avoid contamination of germs and bacteria. This isn’t done through rinsing under water alone, we must use a cleaning product, warm water and scrub. This will avoid contamination of germs.2)Heat – Heating is an effective method of decontaminating items and foods. The higher the temperature achieved, the more germs are killed.3)Hygienic cleaners – These can be used to effectively kill germs where traditional methods of washing cannot be used. For example, cleaning products are good ways of killing germs on kitchen work surfaces before and after cooking.
