At the outset, I would like to thank you for the opportunity to present our company to your
organisation.
We are a leading facility services company with a Pan India presence and a strong track
record of providing quality services consistently to some of the most prestigious companies
in India and overseas. Our headquarters are in Bangalore and offices across India inHyderabad, Chennai, Delhi and Mumbai.
In addition to the manpower proposal, please see listed below some key aspects of ouroperations that may not necessarily be captured in the commercial part of the proposal:
T he manpower requirement is based on the site assessment and subsequentdiscussion with you. It can be fine tuned at a later stage based on client needs.
We are completely geared to meet your requirements from 1st March 2010.
We will be assigning an Assistant Manager Operations as SPOC from our end tooversee all aspects of day to day site operations.
Our transition team will oversee all aspects of before, during and after Go Live toensure smooth operations.
If selected, we would be defining mutually acceptable SLA s relating to all areas of manpower, operations, training etc to ensure high & consistent quality of service.
Almost 100% of the machines & chemicals that we own or operate at client sites areJohnson Diversey products with our team completely adept at handling them.
In addition to On the Job training we have an In House T raining Centre for new hires.
We are very strong in Compliance w.r.t timely payment of wages, minimum wages,P.F, ESI etc and will produce all necessary proof as desired by the client for the same.
