Indiana Code 8-15.5 – amended to authorize IFA and INDOT to issue RFP and enter into a public-private agreement (PPA) for “Freeway Project”

“Freeway Project” – means non-tolled, new or existing road, tunnel, bridge, interchanges, entrance plazas, approaches, other public ways

SECTION 5: DELIVERY MODEL

Innovative, availability payment (AP), design-build-finance-operate-maintain (DBFOM) model through Public-Private Agreement (PPA)

Developer assume responsibility for DBFOM
