FOCUSED. I see past the noise to bring greater focus on the relevant aspects of the job and create integrated solutions that help us reach our shared goals.

CARING. I volunteer by helping those less fortunate and feeding the homeless. No one is past saving and should have to live without the compassion and resources to improve their situation.
