To be admitted to the program the candidate needs to apply for one of the project Aptar proposed. After 

the selection process the successful candidates will enter the Company involved in a specific project. At the 

end  of  the  first  semester  candidates  will  have  the  opportunity  to  present  their  work  to  the  Aptar 

Management Committee for feedback and assessment. Aptar will check the progress of each project and 

will decide whether candidates should move to another department, change project for the second half or, 

if necessary, not continue the experience.  

A mentor will follow the intern for the entire duration of the program. 

At the end of the program will facilitate the candidates International Exposure.

It is important to clarify that projects are binding and for this reason there is no way to change or modify 

them.

RECIPIENTS 

 

Only recent graduates or applicants who are about to graduate,  in Italy or abroad, can participate to the 

Aptar Graduate Program “Inspire me”.   

Eligibility Criteria: 

Master Graduate or Master Students who are about to graduate for Italian or equivalent degree for 

not Italian. 

Fluent in English is essential (minimum level of knowledge: B2) 

Foreign experience would be a plus. 

Aptar  requires  applicants  to  have high  flexibility,  availability  to  travel  sometimes nationally  and  abroad, 

inclination to team work, high negotiation and relationship skills. 

SELECTION METHOD 

 

Fill in the online application including the project you have chosen.   

Every candidate that meets Aptar criteria will be contacted and invited to participate in an assessment center 

in the Company headquarter.  The last stage will be a phone interview technical in nature in which we will 

evaluate the applicant’s knowledge of the theme they have chosen together with their motivation.  

No later than February 2018 Aptar will appoint the finalists. Each one will be assigned to a project and to a 

Mentor to serve as a guide giving regular feedback and support, ensuring the candidate the chance to grow. 

Aptar will appoint the finalist and the decision cannot be contested.

The finalists will join the Company with 6+6 months internship. They will be entitled to a grant of 800€ per 

month, as well as free access to our Company canteen. This amount will be paid on the 9th day of each 

month.  

The Aptar HR team will help foreign candidates to find appropriate accommodation for the duration of the 

project. 

 

Procedures for evaluation will be clarified once the finalists get in to the Company.

Name of the Project: IoT & Cloud computing in a manufacturingcompany.

The Project in detail: Cloud computing or "the cloud," involvesdelivering data, applications, and more over the Internet to datacenters. As per IBM definition, cloud computing could be spitted intothese 6 categories: Software as a service (SaaS), Platform as a service(PaaS), Infrastructure as a service (IaaS), Public Cloud, Private Cloud,Hybrid Cloud. The Internet of Things, meanwhile, refers to theconnection of devices (computers, matphones, sensors and so on) tothe Internet. Cloud computing and the IoT both serve to increaseefficiency in our everyday tasks, and the two have a complimentaryrelationship. The IoT generates massive amounts of data, and cloudcomputing provides a pathway for that data to travel to itsdestination. Actually, these data are gathered and collected into localservers for analysis and elaborations. Candidates will analyze in detailsome of the business and operational functionalities in one facility ofour organizations. The goal of the project will be to build a pilot, thatcan be then replicated in all other company facilities. Through a GAPanalysis, we need to underline and verify if it possible to using someCloud services to accomplish some of the organizational daily tasks.

The Project in detail: Implementation of innovative models for theemployment of an increasingly diverse workforce, making smart useof flexible forms of work organization in terms of working space andtime, can help boost a company’s performance while at the sametime offering employees improved work‐life balance. Candidates willanalyze in detail some of the business and operational functionalitiesin Aptragroup Inc. Actually they are executed in a traditional way,sitting in a desk in front a PC or notebook. Furthermore some of thetasks are not harmonized and require different actions based on theCompany facilities. Through a GAP analysis, we need to underline andverify if it possible to replicate some of these functionalities usingedge technologies through a mobile device (Tablet or smartphone)
