The Bureau of Quarantine is a regulatory agency mandated to ensure maximum security against
introduction or spread of diseases from one port to another within and other country. Under Section 52.2
of the Implementing rules and regulation of Quarantine Act of 2004, R.A. 9271 "Human remains for
