MSD CIRCULAR NO 4/2014THE SPIRIT OF THE CIRCULAR IS TO FACILITATE STAFFTO SETTLE PERSONAL AFFAIRS SUCH AS SENDINGCHILDREN TO SCHOOLS OR NURSERIES AND TO CATERFOR THOSE WHO ARE STAYING VERY FAR FROM THECAMPUS

The minimum working hours required for academic staffis to fulfill 40 hours per week excluding rest day.

Monday - Friday : KL, Gombak & Kuantan CampusSunday - Thursday: Pagoh Campus only

least one (1) to three (3) years,successfully attended the

INDUCTION course, has madeASSET declaration, achieved

stipulated level of excellence inAPAR, NO adverse report from

KCDIO and NO disciplinary action

If staff did not fulfill one (1) or acombination of the condition for

IMPLICATION OF ATTENDANCE TO SERVICE

The University may terminate the service or extend theprobationary period as decided by the relevant aunthority ofthe University if the staff who are not confirmed in service

upon the expiry period of the probationary period
