The tree was installed by the NYC Department of Parks & Recreation & features lights from Lowe’s Home Improvement & old-fashioned silver glass glitter ornaments by Wendy Addison and Tinsel Trading. Winter’s Eve is produced by the Lincoln Square Business Improve- ment District (BID) whose mission is to make Lincoln Square cleaner, safer, & more beautiful, & to undertake various improvement projects. We focus our efforts on supplemental sanitation & security services; the beautification of public spaces, malls, & parks; & the promotion & marketing of the area’s diverse business & cultural offerings.
