converted into an accommodation facility, it is today a refined

The 102 rooms and suites of the resort are a romantic retreat
immersed in the silence of the wonder of this Sicilian oasis,
not far from the sea. Divided between deluxe borgo, deluxe
villa, superior, junior suite e suite, they are spaces where

ground floor and overlook the lush garden or the golf course
and are distributed in the three different buildings of the

SPA Resort takes its inspiration from
the rich Sicilian tradition. Far from
uniform dishes, the culinary proposal
bears the signature of the Michelin-
starred Chef Andrea Ribaldone,
who has studied menus aimed at
enhancing the gastronomic riches
of the territory, in full respect of the
“Fresh, Italian and Simple” philosophy.
Seasonal ingredients, chosen by local
producers, offer dishes capable of
enhancing aromas and flavors, without
resorting to excessive processing and
are all based on raw materials of the
island. Comprised by fresh fish from
the coast and traditional Sicilian
recipes, for dishes that match the
many island wines kept in the well-
stocked cellar.

An extensive renovation project involved the 18-hole
par 71 golf course, whose course stretches across the
Mediterranean landscape, in a plantation of 86 hectares of
orange and lemon trees. A paradise for playing this sport
and for relaxing the mind, getting lost in the expanses of the
greenery. The course covers an area of 6520 meters and
was designed by the architects David Mezzacane, president
of the Italian Association of Golf Course Architects, and
Vincenzo Mazzacane. The 6 par 4 holes have been created
inside a prickly pear plantation. The natural local iblee-
limestone hills whiten the path in the holes two, three and
four.
