its simple - they try things,

– Your business plan

– Your entrepreneur plan

– Your personal plan

IMPORTANT

• When planning your business goal

• If you have one biz goal 95% chance success

Organization

• You cant run a business without being organized, you’d be crazy to think you could, but if your organized then your ready and set up for success,

• That’s what forward to basics is about getting you organized.

In this day in age to many things come at you at once and you loose

focus

Create a year plan

Create your next 90 day plan

If you don’t take this onboardthen you will struggle online

If you don't have a to do list then you are going to get lost.

• I like to plan a year ahead then break that into 4 - 90 day plans

• I break my first 90 day plan into 3 month plans

• Then I create a 4 week plan from month 1

• Then I break down week 1 into daily tasks

• Then I plan tomorrow today,

• If I didn't do this planning the night before then first thing in the morning

– I would do :– E-mails– MySpace messages– Twitter messages– Back to emails– Talk on skype– msn people– and get nothing done,

• and no $$$ in the bank

I would never try and make moneyonline without going though theprocedure I’m teaching you now.

So we just spoke of a to-do list

We'll now I'm talking about a daily did sheet,

Before we can create a success out of you we need to know what you are doing now,

So you need to answer this question:

What have you been doing online ?

• Daily did sheet example:

– emails 30 mins– surfed the web 1 hour– face book 40 mins– eat some food 60 mins– read email 30 mins– wrote an article 40 mins– emails 30 mins– surfed the web 10 mins

A daily did sheet really helps you keep on track.

Focus

• What does focus mean ?

• Most people are lost - So if you can focus then you can be ahead in a matter of weeks not months.

• If you don't focus then in months you will be lost,

Mind Maps

To be productive you need to write yourself a pledge

• Example of pledge would be:

– eat breakfast first before work– read pledge before start work– only drink water in office– work to count down timer on produtive tasks– do emails only 2 times a day– gym mondays and wednesdays– do daily did sheets– plan tomorrow today.

Some Tips• Listen to some calm music• Take breaks once an hour• Good lighting in your office space• Go out for walks• don't read email all day • Clean and quite workstation• Have a plan of attack• Plan tomorrow today• Prioritize your tasks into abcs

• Drink water• Work to a count down timer• Don't let people interrupt you• Turn off – email– skype– msn– yahoo messenger– cell phone

• If you worked on your A list task for 60 mins in productive sessions and did that 4 times in a day you could do more productive tasks than others would do in a month

• So in 12 days you could do more than they would have in a year, that's how powerful this is,

• They’re are working on nothing you are doing productive tasks,

You dont work forward from start

You start by "planning" from end and work backwards,

Don't multi task

Follow your daily to-do sheet

Log your tasks you have done on your daily did sheet.

Using this I now make over $20,000 a month

So remember to use daily didsheets to monitor what distracts you

Then use this to make sure you are focused

Always make sure to do the most urgent task of the day first before getting into all the daily

tasks that are not productive.
