"You will never find time for anything. If you want time, you must make it."

- Charles Bruxton

Everybody and their mother is asking you

to innovate these days. Everybody is asking you to “think

outside the box.”

It makes a lot of sense.

But when will you find the time?

Page 4: I squared

Everywhere we go these days – no matter what industry – we hear the

same complaints: “Who has the time to innovate?” “We’re running just to stay in place!” Sure, it’s a good

idea, but when? I’m already overcommitted.”

Page 5: I squared

Clearly, everyone needs to find more time to

innovate. Everyone needs to simplify their work life, so there are more opportunities to

create, collaborate, and turn top of the line ideas into bottom line results.

Time

Do you have it? Or does it have you?

Page 7: I squared

YES, the act of finding some time to make some

time will take some time (ah, the paradox), but it’s

time well spent. A few minutes now will save you weeks of frustration down

the road.

THE ALTERNATIVE?

“If you always do what you’ve always done,

you’ll always getwhat you’ve always got.”

Page 9: I squared

And so, in the spirit of helping you find the time to innovate, IDEA

CHAMPIONS offers you a way to simplify your work life.

We call it “I-Squared.”

Your task? Read the following eight slides and jot down your ideas in

response to each question.
