Check with gour local utilities for electrical codeswhich applg in gour area. Failure to wire gouroven according to governing codes could resultin a hazardous condition. If there are no local

codes, gour oven must be wired and fused tomeet the requirements of the National ElectricalCode, NFPA No. 70-Latest Edition, available fromthe National Fire Protection Association.

Effective Januarg 1, 1996, the NationalElectrical Code requires that new, but notexisting, construction utilize a four-conductorconnection to an electric oven. When installingan electric oven in new construction, a mobilehome, recreational vehicle or an area wherelocal codes prohibit grounding through theneutral conductor, follow the instructions in thesection on NEW CONSTRUCTION AND FOUR-CONDUCTOR BRANCH CIRCUIT CONNECTION.

You must use a single-phase 120/208 VAC or120/240 VAC, 60 hertz electrical sgstem. If gouconnect to aluminum wiring, properlg installedconnectors approved for use with aluminumwiring must be used.

Electrical Connections

ATTENTION INSTALLERAll electric wall ovens must be hard wired

(direct wired} into an approved junction box. Aplug end receptacle is NOT permitted on theseproducts.

DO NOT shorten the flexible conduit. The

conduit strain relief clamp must be securelgattached to the junction box and the flexibleconduit must be securelg attached to theclamp. If the flexible conduit will not fit withinthe clamp, do not install the oven until a clampof the proper size is obtained.

NOTE TO ELECTRICIAN: The 3 power leadssupplied with this appliance are UL recognizedfor connection to heavier gouge householdwiring. The insulation of these 3 leads israted at temperatures much higher than thetemperature rating of household wiring. Thecurrent carrging capacitg of the conductoris governed bg the wire gouge and thetemperature rating of the insulation aroundthe wire.

As gou slide the oven back, pull the stringso that the conduit will lie in a natural loop,behind the oven.

When gou are sure the conduit is out of thewag, slide the oven 3/4 wag back into theopening. Remove the string bg pulling on oneend of the loop.

Place the rack support with slotted holes overthe rear bolts and round holes over the front

bolts. Using a nut driver 7/16" (11 mm), lightlysecure with four nuts but do not overtighten orthe enamel could be chipped. Repeat for thesecond rack support.

Oven Rocks:Place the rear rack lock bar over and onto the

rack supports, slide the rack all the way in untilthe rear rack lock bar drops below the racksupports. Pull rack forward and make sure therear rack lock bar is engaged under the racksupport.

Coloque el horno sabre la mesa o plataformaal nivel de la abertura del gabinete. Laplataforma debe soportar 200 Ibs. (91 Kg).

Extraiga el reborde de metal de la partesuperior del homo. La reborde de metalest6 envuelta par separado g pegada a laparte superior de la unidad. Se instalar6antes de que la unidad se coloque parcompleto dentro del gabinete, a 4" fueradel gabinete.

Abra la puerta del horno y extraiga el paquetede instrucciones y las parrillas del horno.

Extraiga las instrucciones de instalaci6n delpaquete g 16alascuidadosamente antes deempezar la instalaci6n.

Levante el horno hacia el interior del corte

en el gabinete usando la abertura del hornopara agarrarlo. Empuje contra el marcofrontal del horno cuidadosamente. No

empuje contra los bordes externos.

A medida que el horno se desliza hacia atr6s,tire de la cuerda para que el conducto quedeencima del homo de forma natural.

Cuando est@seguro de que el conducto est6fuera del camino, deslice el homo :3/4 deltragecto hacia atr6s g hacia el interior dela abertura. Retire la cuerda halando deun extremo.

Repita para el segundo soporte de labandeja.
