Day I: We tested materials, shapes and sizes furthermore we focused on using the joints as stabilising structures in cubic volumes in order to grasp the nature of the material when inflated.

Day II: Working title: Ipomoea, a flower which opens at dawn and closes again at dusk, thus its movements are fol-lowing the daily rhythm of the sun.The intention was that the “pillow” would be inflated and deflated creating an effect of a breathing lung moving like a large butterfly, under which one could seek shelter from the rain when inflated. Both the size of the pillow and the lack of joints in the con-struction made the installation somewhat clumsy and we ended up with a result, where we were many experiences richer afterwards, but quite far from the subtle and elegant movement of the Ipomoeas.

Day III: Todays task was constructing a 1:8 model for the coming week.

We wanted to create an experience, which had a straight flow through the tube, that declined in the end. In our space in the middle we created a circular flow with a col-umn in the center.
