2010 – CurrentDirector, Marketing Communications, Innovation Responsible for the strategic direction and execution of UnitedHealthcare/ UnitedHealth Group's internal culture and external innovation market development and awareness campaigns.
Developed, planned and managed cross-functional corporate team around Company's all-employee "Innovation Day," with continued ownership of this annual corporate event. Two point “innovation” increase in annual employee survey, double digit year-over-year (YOY) employee participation increases, and innovation embedded in corporate culture.
Established, executed and tracked impact of external innovation leadership strategy at events/forums for UnitedHealth Group companies, including “marquee” forums like the Consumer Electronics Show. Results included: YOY increases in forum participation; increased innovation-related media, partner identification, and significant ad equivalency, social media and web traffic.
Developed strategy and executed development of external and internal web properties designed to position UnitedHealth Group as an innovation leader. YOY web traffic fluctuations depending on innovation related announcements; adjustments made as needed.

Responsible for the development and execution of UnitedHealthcare's B2B marcom strategy around consumer-driven health care (CDH) and consumerism initiatives for National and Key Accounts sales and consultants.
