Q&A A.) How come I can only use FLV to view the video in LAN settings, but not able to see
Live streaming in WAN (in YouTube or Facebook)?
Ans: for most of case is your router IP address is not as same as your PC’s IP address.
You will have to change either one of the IP address to make the whole setting with consistent IP address. For example as followings
B.) I am able to live streaming to YouTube but it gets disconnected automatically within 5 to 10 min and YouTube show error of "OFFLINE" AND SHOW
DATA NOT RECEIVING?
Ans: For most of case, you may like to double check your internet bandwidth over some period of time using the free software Speed Test to ensure
your video transmission system is good and stable having enough bandwidth for live streaming to YouTube or Facebook.
Also you may like to try followings,
1.) for video setting, please try to fix the video source with fixed video format (such as 720P with 30F/s or 720P with 60F/s), and for encoder's output
video please also try to set as 720P with 30F/s.
2.) set audio at AAC 48000 sample
3.) It is also better to check the video source keeps sending stable video to the encoder.
4.) If you also using the splitter during the live streaming, please make sure having a stable power source for the switch.
5.) During live streaming, please don't use PC to browsing internet that would causing the router transmission bandwidth fluctuations.
6.) If your video source is a motion-detect or a timing device that stopping sending video to encoder that would also causing no data, and then offline.
7.) If you are using a WiFi encoder for live streaming, please avoid the wireless “Dead Zone”.
If your WiFi setting is within or near a “Dead Zone” area, the live streaming will be stopped due to no signal transmission. A common mistake in no
signal during live streaming is due to no WiFi signal transmission in a Dead Zone area. It is not due to the encoder not working.
* Reading in WiFi Dead Zone, you may referring to following web link or Google the key words “WiFi Dead Zone”
