Die Anwendung richtiger Ernhrungsgewohnheiten seitens der Radahrer ist eine unabdingbare Voraussetzung, um die gutekrperliche Verassung beizubehalten und Erolg im Wettkamp zu haben. Die Ernhrung des Sportlers muss abwechslungsreichsein, also unterschiedliche Nahrungsmittel beinhalten, viel Obst und Gemse, ob in roher oder gekochter Form. Durchschnittlichverbraucht ein Radahrer ber 5000 kcal pro Tag. Wer an Radveranstaltungen teilnimmt oder Strecken von mehr als 1 Stunde Lnge

bewltigt, muss besonders au Nachschub mit kohlehydratreichen Mahlzeiten und Snacks sorgen. Die Verteilung der Mahlzeitenmuss ausgewogen sein und die Gesamttagesenergie sollte au 5 Mahlzeiten, davon 3 Haupt- und 2 Zwischenmahlzeiten augeteiltwerden, um den Athleten nicht zu belasten und gleichzeitig r die richtige Nhrstozuuhr zu sorgen.Nachstehend werden die Nahrungsmittel augelistet, die r einen Radahrer ein MUSS sind:- Kohlehydrate: sie mssen ca. 60% des gesamten Tagesenergieanteils ausmachen. 80% dieser Energie wird durch Nudeln, Brot,Kekse, Zwieback, Reis, Mais bereitgestellt, die restlichen 20% durch Zucker, Honig, Marmelade, Sigkeiten, Obst.- Proteine: sie mssen 12-15% der gesamten Kalorienaunahme des Tages darstellen. Proteinreiche Lebensmitteln sind Milch undMilchprodukte, Fleisch, Fisch, Eier, Gemse und Zerealien;- Fette: sie mssen einen variablen Anteil zwischen 28 und 30% der Gesamttagesenergie darstellen und werden ber Milch, Kse,Fleisch, Wurst, Eier, Fisch, Drrobst oder Soen augenommen.- Wasser: es muss r ausreichende Flssigkeitszuuhr (mit Wasser und Sportlergetrnken mit viel Zucker und Mineralstoen) gesorgt
