Chapter 3 - Objective

The sole objective of the investigation of an accident or incident shall be the prevention of accidents and incidents. It is not the purpose of this activity to apportion blame or liability.

Proposed performance Standard to establish accident site within 6 NM radius: - All aeroplanes MCTOM over 27 000 kg - 1 January 2020 - New C of A Proposed Recommendation: - Same as above except MCTOM over

5700 kg up to and including 27 000 kg
