On behalf of the Director of this Directorate, I am director to invite quotation for the AMC

(Comprehensive) of FACE Facility & OTC System as mentioned below-

Specifications: 1 Trouble shooting of OTC System & FACEMATIC control system enabling

proper communication to and fro master control including replacement of electronic/electrical components (all items other than mentioned under serial no. 3).

2 Repair of CO2 sensor/Analyzer and weather station should also be taken as component of this Job.

3 Facility may require replacement of major components as and when required basis. Separate rate may be quoted for replacement of CO2 analyzer, components of weather station/ blowers and electrical cables and signal cables, PID valves used in the facility. Rate should be quoted for separately for these components including fitting charges.

4 Preventive visits will be required at least once a month. Firms must ensure that in absence of preventive visits, payment will be deducted in proportion.

5 Firm have to respond quickly as possible (not later than 1-2 days) and to rectify the problem within a reasonable time.

6 Payment will be made on quarterly basis and payment will be released only after successful satisfactory completion of the quarter.

7 It is advised that participating firms should visit the facility (on-site) before submitting quotations.

One Job. 2% of estimated value of the equipment

The rates should be quoted only after inspection of the Face Facility & OTC system at this Directorate Maharajpur, Jabalpur.

GST indicated in clear terms separately. GST Registration Number both under State and Central Tax Act/Rules should be specifically indicated. No ‘C’ or ‘D’ form is issued by the Directorate.

Tax Deduction at Source (TDS), if applicable, will be made from the Bill of your Firm/Agency.

There should be no cutting/overwriting, The cuttings if any should be dulyattested. Unattested/ amended/ overwritten figures will not be considered.
