The Mridaparikshak mini-lab being demonstrated to Hon’ble Shri Radha Mohan
Singh, Union Minister of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Govt. of India during
IITF 2016
Mridaparikshak is a mini-laboratory, capable of estimating 12 essential parameters as
per Government Soil Health Card Scheme (SHC). It is expected to provide a fillip to SHC
as the mini-lab is low cost, portable and gives quantitative & reproducible results of soil
health parameters. The soil test based fertilizer nutrient recommendations for major
and micronutrients make the mini-lab a practicable technology in the management of
soil health. The stall is displayed under the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare
near Gate No. 2.
