Creativity /30/: 15/30. Stopping mana reg? meh, Stun-after-spell gets the 15 points. Not much creative.
Functionality /25/: Really practical and can be used for many things. 25/25
Balance (+10): 0/10 getting a channel spell stop for a measly 1250 and with cheap ingredients. It’ll kill all
spellcasters that’s for sure.
Challenge (+15): 5/15. Just a stun with some requirements. 5 points because it seems to fit in AS.

Compliance to Requirement (+20): 20/20.
Creativity /30/: 25/30. Reducing turn rate that gets good points.
Functionality /25/: 20/25. Can be used both in the defensive and offensive part of the battle.
Balance (+10): 0/10. That turn rate thing is imba dude. Especially if it’s AoE.
Challenge (+15): 10/15. Seems more suited for supportive vestments.

Blades of Judgement.
Compliance to Requirement (+20): 20/20.
Creativity /30/: 20/30. I’m not sure if that’s codable but it seems interesting.
Functionality /25/: 15/25. Quite situational and can be either too powerful or useless depending on enemy
heroes.
Balance (+10): 0/10. The main use of this would be undoing strong enemy ults. So IMBA.
Challenge (+15): 8/15. No disable but wouldn’t really go out of place in AS.
OVERALL: 63/100.

Creativity /30/: 20/30 I’ve seen it before, but still an awesome idea.
Functionality /25/: 25/25. It’s use can be frightening.

Balance (+10): 0/10. Seems a bit too strong for its little cost. The passive gains are also powerful.
Challenge (+15): 15/15. Gets full points.

Functionality /25/: 25/25. Can be used for pretty much everything.
Balance (+10): 0/10. Too strong for so little price. Although it’s a double edged sword thingy it’s still too
powerful for most heroes.
Challenge (+15): 5/15. Doesn’t fit in AS because of price reason. Also not much of a disable.

Creativity /30/: 15/30. So basically just a buff removal.
Functionality /25/: 15/25. Well its use is really situational, sometime it may seems really powerful but
sometimes not.
Balance (+10): 8/10. Seems quite balanced for its high-ish cost.
Challenge (+15): 10/15. Seems more suited for supportive vestments.
OVERALL: 68/100.
Magic Rod.
Compliance to Requirement (+20): 20/20.
Creativity /30/: 0/30. YES it is Batrider’s Ulti, and even the recipe is past-force staff.
Functionality /25/: 25/25. Since it’s Bat’s Ulti it’s functionable
Balance (+10): 5/10. Since it doesn’t disable the other unit it’s kind of useless.
Challenge (+15): 5/15. Unique/New kind of disable? Nah.

Compliance to Requirement (+20): 20/20.
Creativity /30/: 25/30. Although similar to Wyvern’s ulti it’s use is completely different so good points.
Functionality /25/: 20/25. Can be used in pretty much any kind of situation.
Balance (+10): 8/10. -2 because of passive bonuses.
Challenge (+15): 15/15. Excellent.
OVERALL: 88/100.
Arcane Helm.
Compliance to Requirement (+20): 20/20.
Creativity /30/: 25/30. Okay simple win/win, win/lose mana effect. <3 it. The recipe is like WTF so I
deducted points.
Functionality /25/: 20/25. Functional.
Balance (+10): 5/10. It’s a bit too strong for its low-ish cost.
Challenge (+15): 10/15. Seems more suited for supportive vestments.

Compliance to Requirement (+20): 20/20.
Creativity /30/: 25/30. First originality comes from passive ensnare damn why didn’t I think of that.
Second one comes from the wall of text. -5 points for being too complex.
Functionality /25/: 25/25. Since it has so much effects it’s gotta be really useful.
Balance (+10): 0/10. Price is high but the passive ensnare and the rope which causes chaos together in one
item is just imba dude.
Challenge (+15): 10/15. Kind of a disable I guess.
