Chief Knowledge Officer

As Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO), you will be given the exciting opportunity to meetRotman Faculty, and industry professionals beyond the Consulting sphere in an effort to constructan Advisory Board for the Initiative Consulting Group (ICG), the RCCA’s Volunteer Consulting Group.

 The Advisory Board’s purpose is to provide support for Engagement Teams which go out to Non-Profit Clients to solve their business problems. The board will be composed of subject matter

experts from Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Legal and Consulting backgrounds to provide a 360-degree perspective on any issues that may arise during an engagement.

 The other major duty of this position will be to continuously collect and package knowledgegained from various client engagements into a Knowledge Portal which will be a resource for futurestudent consultants, as well as a great opportunity for Rotman Commerce to show off the researchtalents of its students. Once the Board is created, your duty as CKO will be to manage itsmembership and handle communications between the Board and ICG.

Initiative Consulting is a very new organization in itself, so this position also presents a hugeopportunity to grow in the future. The Initiative Consulting Group will emerge as a highly reputedfacet of the RCCA, and the overall Rotman Commerce program.
