iChem Classic provides remote, real-time, logical control of your chemical injection system. Unlike traditional chemical injection products, iChem Classic is the only automated chemical optimization solution that delivers unprecedented accuracy and control based on real-time, dynamic data such as time, pressure, temperature, well production, plunger lift variables, and PPM levels.

Running our field-proven algorithms, iChem Classic operates the chemical pump via intermittent ON and OFF phases. These phases can be defined to accommodate flexible injection methods such as continuous or batch dosing, with intervals as frequent as 15 seconds. Relying on solar power with a minimal footprint, iChem Classic also provides low-cost, low-maintenance operation.

With an easy-to-configure interface, iChem Classic makes programming simple, yet precise. Injection levels and select conditions are easily set remotely or onsite using the digital keypad. For increased safety and convenience, programming can also be done via smartphone outside the berm and inside a vehicle.

iChem Revolution is the only automated chemical optimization product that delivers chemicals based on known volume and desired pumping frequency. It is designed to deliver the amount of chemicals operators want, when they want them.

Able to improve the accuracy of any pump, iChem Revolution is ideal for retrofit applications for operators who need to manage their chemical programs by exception only and take immediate control of their chemical program costs.
