The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is hiring for its Manila office
Medical Field Officer Main Tasks:
Provides effective technical and operational support to the ICRC TB Program in all its
components including planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, evaluationand related activities
Liaises with and develops network of governmental health authorities and externalpartners as appropriate for the purpose of facilitating various technical processesleading to successful program planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting
Develops mechanisms that can be effectively monitor the progress of the ICRC TBProgram and contribute to reporting
Provides advice and guidance to other staff on concerned healthprojects/programmes, and recommends improvements, as appropriate
Minimum Required Profile:
Medical doctor or public health graduate
4 years work experience in a similar field of activity; expertise in TB Control is anadvantage
Very good knowledge of spoken and written English and Tagalog
Very good computer skills
Rigorous and methodical person with strong analytical skills
Sense of responsibility, organizational skills
Ability to take initiative and work both in a team and independently
Ability to travel frequently in all parts of the country
Ability to resist stressful situations while remaining patience, perseverance, self-
confidence Possession of a valid driving license and good driving skills
Past experiences with humanitarian organizations would be an asset

Logistics Assistant
Main Tasks:
Monitors the status of incoming supplies and materials
Liaises with requester/warehouse in-charge to ensure safe and orderlyreception/delivery of materials/goods
Assists in local purchasing
Minimum Required Profile:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, accounting or equivalent
2-year work experience in related position

Main Tasks:
Receives, stores and issues materials and equipments
Compiles records of supply transactions Verifies that supplies received are listed in requisition slips and invoices
Stores supplies and equipments in the warehouse
Handles inventory and organization of the warehouse
Assists in other administrative and logistics tasks

Cashier / Accounting Assistant
Main Tasks:
Works mainly in general accounting and finance Assists in the management of finance
Cash custodian
Payments of invoices, cash and check payments on day-to-day transactions
Prepares checks, withdrawals, fund transfer (internal/external), deposit, draft requestetc.
Checks documents of mission advances for settlement
Prepares daily cash control
Prepares bank reconciliation
Assists in the monthly closing and the demand of allocations
Prepares billing of monthly vehicle use, telephone charges etc.
Enters cash and bank transactions in the accounting applications and printing of accounting vouchers of other office
Minimum Required Profile:
Bachelor's degree in accounting
Computer literate with good knowledge of computer software
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Minimum 2 years working experience in the related field
Computer literate, good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge in the use of any accounting software is an advantage
